Anthony is a world renowned performing artist from Melbourne, Australia. After winning Channel 9’s Star Struck in his TV debut, portraying his idol Elvis Presley over the course of its twelve week run on network television, he went on to portray The King in one of the longest running tribute shows in existence, the world famous Legends In Concert in Las Vegas. Anthony was the first to appear as the youngest Elvis ever at the tender age of 20, since the show’s inception in 1983 at The Imperial Palace. This lead to a string of appearances on other TV shows over the years, including Sunrise, Today and Mornings with Kerri Anne.
Since he sprung onto the scene in 2005, Anthony has been cast in a multitude of shows such as The Class of '59 across multiple national tours, the long running hit stage production Shake, Rattle 'n' Roll since its revival back in 2013, and personally selected by Sony Music to represent Elvis on the Australian National Tour for the release of Elvis by Request, just to name a few.
As well as being cast in shows, Anthony has also co-created with his manager and long-time friend, the current running show in its third consecutive year, Elvis by Anthony Petrucci, which also features a tie-in single release of Any Day Now, originally recorded by Elvis in 1969. Accompanied by his live band, the show focuses on Elvis Presley’s career from his humble beginnings right up to his 1970’s hits, with a more modernised take on The King and his music as per the #1 box office hit movie of 2022, ELVIS.
Represented by Premier Artists, Anthony continues to express his love for Elvis Presley and his music by sharing it with others on stage, something he dreamt about doing since he was a teenager.
